At this time, we have established insurance contracts with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Magellan, United HealthCare/All Savers/UMR, Cigna, Aetna, Ambetter, TriCare/Humana Military, Scott and White, Beacon Health, and various Medicaid plans (Traditional, CSHCN, Molina, Aetna Better Health, Superior, Amerigroup, UHC Medicaid, Parkland, Cook Children's Health Plan, and Children's Health Plan). Please contact the office for plan-specific information.
Payment is due in full at time of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Online payment or payment with credit cards is also accepted.
As all evaluations are individualized according to the unique concerns of the child, fees for evaluation will vary based on complexity and length of the assessment in cases of private payment. Most assessments will be between $750-2000 without utilization of insurance benefits. Please contact Dr. Beadle for specific information.
Group therapy is $150 per child per 4 week session, or $185 per 5 week session (1-hour session weekly). Full payment is due at the first session, regardless of attendance. Please inquire for plan-specific benefits if insurance utilization is desired.
Parent Consultation or Educational Consultation (ARD meeting attendance, etc.) is available at a rate of $200 per hour.
There will be a $75 charge for appointment no-shows without 24 hour notice.
